HKFA Youth Grassroots Football is part of the Hong Kong Football Association’s Football Development structure, delivering accessible football programmes to young players across the city.

The initiative focuses on building strong foundations for youth participation by offering structured training, certified coaches, and community-driven programmes at multiple venues throughout Hong Kong

The Challenge

HKFA's Youth Grassroots Football programmes were growing rapidly, but registrations were handled manually through forms, spreadsheets, emails, and offline processes.

This caused significant issues:

• Slow, error-prone, and inconsistent workflows
• Difficulty managing registrations across multiple venues and programmes
• Confusion for parents due to delayed confirmations and unclear status updates
• Administrative bottlenecks caused by non-integrated tools
• High workload for staff during each enrollment cycle

We built a Unified Youth Grassroots Management Portal tailored specifically for HKFA’s grassroots programmes.
